Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Tammy A. Watz -Divine Messenger, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be adjusted. The following cancellation and refund policy applies to all psychic reading services booked with us:
1. Cancellations
- Clients may cancel their session at any time by providing written notice via email to [your email address] or by using the scheduling platform.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
2. Cancellations Within 24 Hours
- If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, a 15% service fee will apply.
- In this case, clients will receive an 85% refund of the original session fee.
3. Missed Appointments / No-Shows
- If a client does not attend the scheduled appointment and has not cancelled in advance, no refund will be issued.
4. Rescheduling
- Clients may reschedule an appointment without penalty if notice is given more than 24 hours in advance.
- If rescheduling within 24 hours, the same 15% service fee applies.
5. Exceptions
- In rare circumstances (such as emergencies, illness, or unforeseen technical issues), exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of Tammy A. Watz -Divine Messenger.
6. Legal Note
- This policy complies with consumer protection standards in both Canada and the United States.
- By booking a session, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
