Cancellation Policy

Life shifts quickly, and sometimes plans need to change. This policy is here to honor both your time and Tammy’s energy, preparation, and commitment to every client she serves. Please take a moment to review how cancellations and rescheduling are handled at Divine Messenger.

Cancellation Notice

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session.

  • Requests made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fee

  • Cancellations or rescheduling inside the 24-hour window will be charged 25% of the session fee.

No-Show Policy

  • If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not reach out beforehand, the full session fee will be charged.

Emergencies

  • Genuine emergencies happen. If something unexpected occurs, please contact Tammy as soon as possible. She will always do her best to respond with compassion and flexibility.

Payment of Fees

  • Any cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the card on file unless alternate arrangements have been made.

Rescheduling

  • You are welcome to one reschedule without penalty as long as the request is made with at least 24 hours notice.

Refunds

  • Cancellation fees are non-refundable. In rare or exceptional circumstances, refunds or partial credits may be considered at Tammy’s discretion.

Late Arrivals

  • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the original end time, and the full fee will apply.

Communication

  • If something comes up, please reach out as soon as you can. Clear communication helps Tammy support you fully and may be taken into account when assessing fees.
